How do I book an appointment?
Open a provider booking page, pick service and date/time, enter details, and submit the request.
What is pending vs confirmed?
Pending means waiting for provider approval (if required). Confirmed means provider approved your booking.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
Use your booking link and follow provider policy. Cancellation/reschedule windows are controlled by the provider.
I did not receive reminders.
Check spam/junk folder, verify your email/phone, and contact support with your booking ID if still missing.
The booking time appears wrong.
Confirm your device timezone and provider timezone. Share booking ID and screenshots if mismatch continues.
How do providers add services?
Log in, go to Services, and create or edit service details, duration, and visibility.
How to set working hours?
Use Working Plan and Breaks in settings to define availability.
Where do I find my booking link?
Use the Booking Link in your company/branch settings and share it with customers.
What content is not allowed?
No illegal or harmful services, no sexual/obscene names or images, and no abuse or platform manipulation.
My listing was removed. How can I appeal?
